WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Ascot discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired.  Through its investigation, Ascot determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to this sensitive information through an employee’s email account between January 17, 2024, and February 1, 2024. As a result, Ascot began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
