Through its investigation, R3 Education determined that an unauthorized actor gained access to this sensitive information on November 7, 2023. On March 25, 2024, R3 Education began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Driver’s license number
  • Passport number
  • Financial account information
  • Medical information
  • Health insurance information
