WHAT HAPPENED?

On or about January 8, 2024, Four Hands discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Four Hands determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between December 27, 2023, and January 8, 2024. On May 16, 2024, Four Hands began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Government issued ID number (e.g., passport, state ID card)
  • Financial information (e.g., account number, credit or debit card number)
