WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Beaver Run discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Beaver Run determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between February 6 and February 19, 2024. On May 16, 2024, Beaver Run began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license or state ID number
  • Financial account information
