Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating MRA – The Management Association (“MRA”) regarding its recent data breach. The MRA data breach involved sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information belonging to over 3,400 individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, MRA discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed or acquired. Through its investigation, MRA determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on July 29, 2023. On October 16, 2023, and May 9, 2024, MRA notified individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Driver’s license or state issued ID number
- Financial account information
- Credit/debit information
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
