WHAT HAPPENED?
On November 13, 2023, Worldwide Clinical Trials discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Worldwide Clinical Trials determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between November 11 and November 13, 2023. On May 8, 2024, Worldwide Clinical Trials began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:
