WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, LHA discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, LHA determined that an unauthorized party may have accessed this sensitive information through an employee’s email account on June 20, 2023. On May 2, 2024, LHA began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
