FBCS Data Breach Investigation

Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating Financial Business and Consumer Solutions, Inc. (“FBCS”) regarding its recent data breach. The FBCS data breach involved sensitive personal identifiable information belonging to over 1.9 million individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On February 26, 2024, FBCS discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, FBCS determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this information between February 14 and February 26, 2024. On April 26, 2024, FBCS began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Account information
