AllCare Pharmacy Data Breach Investigation

Strauss Borrelli PLLC, a leading data breach law firm, is investigating W.P. Malone, Inc. which does business as AllCare Pharmacy (“AllCare”), regarding its recent data breach. AllCare is a closed-door pharmacy and pharmaceutical manufacturer based in Arkansas. Founded in 1975, AllCare provides pharmaceutical assistance to Longterm Care, Assisted Living, Correctional, and Specialty Pharmacies in Arkansas.2 With pharmacists on duty 24/7, AllCare is strategically positioned to provide prompt and neighborly responses.2 Headquartered in Arkadelphia, Arkansas, AllCare has three additional locations in Arkansas and employs over 50 individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, AllCare discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, AllCare determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on September 21, 2023. On April 12, 2024, AllCare began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • Credit card number
  • Prescription information
