WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 30, 2023, Harvey Construction was informed that its external payroll and benefits provider, Paycor, Inc., had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Paycor determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through a vulnerability in the MOVEit Transfer file sharing software, which Paycor uses, on May 31, 2023. On March 4, 2024, Harvey Construction began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
