WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Yakima Valley Radiology discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Yakima Valley Radiology determined that an unauthorized actor accessed this information on August 11, 2023.
