WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Signature Performance discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Signature Performance determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between January 17 and January 18, 2024. On February 9, 2024, Signature Performance began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name;
  • Social Security number; and
  • Driver’s license number.
