Headquartered in Grand Forks, North Dakota, Brady Martz has eight additional locations across North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota, and employs over 300 individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On August 31, 2023, Brady Martz discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Brady Martz determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information on or about November 19, 2022. On September 8, 2023, Brady Martz began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Driver’s license or government issued ID number
  • Financial information (e.g., account number, credit or debit card number)
  • Medical information
  • Health insurance information
