Chattanooga Imaging Data Breach Investigation

Headquartered in Chattanooga, Tennessee, Chattanooga Imaging provides services at seven locations and employs over 50 individuals.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On October 21, 2023, Chattanooga Imaging discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Chattanooga Imaging determined that an unauthorized actor accessed certain files on its systems. The type of information involved is currently being analyzed. Recently, Chattanooga Imaging announced that it will mail formal notice letters to impacted individuals once they are identified.
