WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 11, 2023, InHealth Technologies discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, InHealth Technologies subsequently learned certain files had been encrypted by an unauthorized party and determined that information pertaining to certain individuals may have been exposed. On January 9, 2024, InHealth Technologies began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Medical information
  • Health insurance information
