International Cooling Tower Data Breach Investigation

WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 1, 2023, ICT discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. In January 2024, ICT reported the data breach to the Attorney General of Texas. According to the breach report, ICT has notified individuals whose data may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
