WHAT HAPPENED?
On November 2, 2023, JAE Oregon discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, JAE Oregon determined that an unauthorized actor may have specifically accessed the sensitive information belonging to current and former employees. On December 20, 2023, JAE Oregon began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed include:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Financial information
- Driver’s license number
- Passport number
- Medical information
- Health Insurance information
