WHAT HAPPENED?

On October 26, 2023, Advarra discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Advarra determined that an unauthorized third-party may have accessed this sensitive information between October 25 and October 26, 2023. On November 29, 2023, Advarra began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
