In December 2022, just before reaching its 50th anniversary, Armstrong Consultants joined the Lochner organization. Headquartered in Grand Junction, Colorado, Armstrong Consultants has eight additional offices spread between California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, and Wyoming.

WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Armstrong Consultants discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and personal health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Armstrong Consultants determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive information between October 13 and October 29, 2023. On December 20, 2023, Armstrong Consultants began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Passport number
  • Driver’s license information
  • Tax identification number
  • Financial account information
  • Electronic signature
  • Medical information
