WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 4, 2023, 5.11 Tactical discovered that one of its former benefits providers, Rightway Healthcare, experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information belonging to 5.11 Tactical employees may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Rightway Healthcare determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive information from its systems on September 21, 2023. Recently, 5.11 Tactical began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
