WHAT HAPPENED?

On March 6, 2023, Stanley Steemer discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Stanley Steemer determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and acquired this sensitive information between February 10, 2023, and March 6, 2023. On November 15, 2023, Stanley Steemer began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information potentially exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Financial account information
