WHAT HAPPENED?

On May 3, 2023, Livingston Street Capital discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Livingston Street Capital determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through employee email accounts between May 2 and 3, 2023. On October 26, 2023, Livingston Street Capital began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
