On December 14, 2022, Builders Mutual discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Builders Mutual determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information beginning on December 14, 2022, and acquired certain information on December 15, 2022.
