Furthermore, TheKey is particularly suited to help patients with mental decline, such as patients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, MCI and more.2 Headquartered in Delray Beach, Florida, TheKey has locations throughout the United States and employs over 10,000 caregivers.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Recently, Frax Outsourcing discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Frax Outsourcing determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through employee email accounts and a SharePoint drive between November 2 and November 15, 2022. On September 21, 2023, TheKey, on behalf of Frax Outsourcing, began notifying customers whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
