WHAT HAPPENED?

On January 17, 2023, Hub International Limited discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Hub International Limited determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between December 12, 2022, and January 17, 2023. On August 11, 2023, Hub International Limited began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Financial account number
  • Passport number
  • Health insurance information
  • Medical information
