WHAT HAPPENED?

On April 26, 2023, Wealth Enhancement Group discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Wealth Enhancement Group determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between April 4 and April 26, 2023. On June 28, 2023, Wealth Enhancement Group began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Driver’s license number
  • Address
  • Financial account number
  • Contact information (e.g., phone number, email address)
