WHAT HAPPENED?
On March 23, 2023, Atlanta Postal Credit Union discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Atlanta Postal Credit Union determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and obtained this sensitive information by launching a ransomware attack on March 23, 2023.
