WHAT HAPPENED?
On March 24, 2023, Mondelēz discovered that Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, a law firm that Mondelēz retained legal services from, experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information of current and former Mondelēz employees that Mondelēz shared with Bryan Cave may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Mondelēz concluded that this sensitive information was accessed at various times between February 23, 2023 and March 1, 2023. On May 22, 2023, Mondelēz began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

- Social Security number
- Date of birth
- Address
- Employee identification number
