WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 28, 2022, Texas Partners Bank discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Texas Partners Bank determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and obtained this sensitive information through an employee email account. On April 21, 2023, Texas Partners Bank began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Bank account number
