WHAT HAPPENED?

On or around December 27, 2022, Harrington Raceway discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Harrington Raceway determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between December 12 and December 27, 2022. On April 10, 2023, Harrington Raceway began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Passport number
  • Identification numbers
