WHAT HAPPENED?

In late April 2022, Pegasus Logistics Group discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Pegasus Logistics Group determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed and obtained this sensitive information. On March 30, 2023, Pegasus Logistics Group began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
  • Driver’s license number
  • Passport number
  • Financial information (e.g., account number, credit or debit card number)
  • Health insurance information
  • Medical information
