Accordingly, NCB Management Services offers a variety of financial services including credit cards, personal loans, and auto deficiencies. Headquartered in Trevose, Pennsylvania, NCB Management Services operates 3 satellite offices and conducts business throughout the United States.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On February 4, 2023, NCB Management Services discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, NCB Management Services determined that an unauthorized actor accessed and obtained sensitive information previously connected to some Bank of America credit card accounts on February 1, 2023. On March 24, 2023, NCB Management Services began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Contact information (e.g., phone number, email address)
  • Employment information (e.g., position, salary)
  • Financial information (e.g., account number, credit card number, routing number, account balance, account status)
