WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, Paragon Medical discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Paragon Medical determined that an unknown actor may have accessed this sensitive information. On February 9, 2023, Paragon Medical began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Account number
