WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 28, 2022, Agilix Solutions discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Agilix Solutions determined that an unauthorized actor accessed and obtained this sensitive information by launching a ransomware attack between November 22 and November 27, 2022. On January 31, 2023, Agilix Solutions began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Driver’s license number
  • Address
  • Contact information (e.g., email address, phone number)
