WHAT HAPPENED?
On November 29, 2022, St. Rose Hospital discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, St. Rose Hospital determined that an unauthorized actor accessed and obtained this sensitive information on or about November 18, 2022. On January 12, 2022, St. Rose Hospital began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
