WHAT HAPPENED?
On September 5, 2022, Bay Bridge Administrators discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its systems may have been accessed and obtained. Through its investigation, Bay Bridge Administrators determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information before August 25, 2022 and obtained certain data on or about September 3, 2022. On December 29, 2022, Bay Bridge Administrators began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Driver’s license number
- Date of birth
- Medical information
- Health insurance information
