WHAT HAPPENED?
On September 7, 2022, Order Express discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Order Express determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between July 29 and September 7, 2022. On December 15, 2022, Order Express began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
- Name
- Social Security number
- Driver’s license number
