WHAT HAPPENED?

On May 17, 2022, Sprouting Rock discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Sprouting Rock determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information through an employee email account between May 5 and May 17, 2022. On December 5, 2022, Sprouting Rock began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Financial information (e.g., account number)
