WHAT HAPPENED?

On November 4, 2022, Teleperformance discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and obtained. Through its investigation, Teleperformance determined that an unauthorized actor accessed and obtained this sensitive information. On December 7, 2022, Teleperformance began contacting individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Address
