WHAT HAPPENED?

Recently, United Veterinary Care discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, United Veterinary Care determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between January 25 and March 11, 2022. On November 3, 2022, United Veterinary Care began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information impacted includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Account number
