WHAT HAPPENED?

On July 14, 2022, M. Green and Company discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed and obtained. Through its investigation, M. Green and Company determined that an unauthorized actor accessed and acquired this information. On October 13, 2022, M. Green and Company began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Address
  • Gender
  • Contact information (e.g., email address, telephone number)
  • Company name
  • Tax information (e.g., Federal Employer Identification number, 1099 recipient information)
  • Beneficiary information
