WHAT HAPPENED?

On July 4, 2022, Reiter Affiliated Companies discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information and protected health information in its system may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Reiter Affiliated Companies determined that an unauthorized actor may have accessed this sensitive information between June 25 and July 4, 2022. On September 2, 2022, Reiter Affiliated Companies began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Date of birth
  • Driver’s license number
  • Passport number
  • Health insurance information
  • Worker’s compensation claims
