WHAT HAPPENED?

On July 5, 2022, Overby-Seawell Company discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its network may have been accessed and acquired. Through its investigation, Overby-Seawell Company discovered that sensitive information belonging to its clients, including KeyBank and Fulton Bank may have been accessed and acquired. In late August 2022, Overby-Seawell Company and its clients began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Loan number
  • Addresses
  • Loan details (amount and maturity date)
  • Insurance policy information
