Through its investigation, Methodist McKinney Hospital determined that an unknown actor may have gained access to this sensitive information between May 20 and July 7, 2022. On August 3, 2022, Methodist McKinney Hospital began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:
