WHAT HAPPENED?

On May 26, 2022, SERV Behavioral Health System experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. On July 14, 2022, a ransomware group released information indicating that it may have encrypted and leaked sensitive information belonging to SERV Behavioral Health System patients. SERV Behavioral Health System has not yet notified individuals impacted by the breach.
