WHAT HAPPENED?
On September 3, 2021, Gardner Resources Consulting discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its systems may have been accessed. Through its investigation, Gardner Resources Consulting determined that an unauthorized actor may have gained access to this sensitive personal identifiable information. On July 29, 2022, Gardner Resources Consulting began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

- Driver’s license number
- Financial account number
