Included in this back-end support is Proliant Settlement Systems’ IT platform, centralized processing, training, back-office title production, reviews for quality control, post-closing duties, and ongoing support.  Proliant Settlement Systems was founded in 2015 and has over 50 employees.

WHAT HAPPENED?

On or about July 16, 2021, Proliant Settlement Systems discovered that it had experienced a data breach in which the sensitive personal identifiable information in its system may have been accessed. On June 27, 2022, Proliant Settlement Systems began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

  • Name
  • Social Security number
  • Driver’s license number
  • Passport number
  • Financial information
