On June 7, 2022, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center began notifying individuals whose information may have been impacted. The type of information exposed includes:

- Address
- Telephone number
- Date of birth
- Driver’s license number
- Gender
- Medical record number
- Health insurance information
- Medial information related to ophthalmology services
