As a seasoned litigator with over 15 years of experience, I have dedicated my career to advocating for consumer rights in state and federal courts across the nation. My career has been defined by prosecuting consumer law cases with unwavering zeal, whether in complex class actions or individual claims. I have represented state and nationwide classes in various jurisdictions, including within federal multi-district litigation, with a track record of successful outcomes that have brought substantial relief to consumers.
Before joining Strauss Borrelli, I served as a managing partner at a prominent consumer protection law firm in Chicago. There, I handled a wide range of consumer protection claims under key statutes such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and Truth in Lending Act (TILA), as well as the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Practices Act (ICFA), alongside related state and federal consumer statutes.
