As an experienced litigator, my legal career has been dedicated to protecting individuals from unfair and deceptive business practices. In a world where corporate interests often overshadow individual rights, I remain steadfast in my mission to advocate for individuals who have been wronged.

 

My journey in consumer rights began in Chicago, where I worked at one of the leading firms specializing in class actions and consumer rights. During my time there, I litigated a variety of state and federal claims, including claims brought under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Truth in Lending Act. I represented consumers who were willing to stand up for their rights against a variety of powerful defendants, including banks, insurance companies, debt collectors, and other corporate behemoths.

 

Before joining Strauss Borrelli, PLLC, I honed my skills as an associate attorney at a prominent consumer protection firm in California. There, I passionately advocated for consumers by bringing claims under California’s Unfair Competition Law, the Consumers Legal Remedies Act, and the Song-Beverly Warranty Act. My work involved taking on auto manufacturers, repossession agencies, and car dealers, ensuring that my clients received the justice they deserved.
